Diversity…It takes all kinds

Despite being the 21st century, racism remains a challenge.  The most recent events in Ferguson, MO coupled with the SAE chants at the University of Oklahoma are just two of the blatant and recent examples of uninformed and small-minded individuals making decisions with huge negative consequences.  And while the Justice Department, local government and even school officials are clamoring to make things right, it is a problem that we all ultimately need to help solve. Show the Love

The biggest Hallmark day of the year just passed.  That’s right. The Ties that Bind

Two weeks ago, I spoke about our global economy and how we as business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs, have the opportunity and responsibility to identify ways to leverage and enhance economic reform in our world.  This week, President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, were together for what is seemingly both a ceremonial gesture, but also a sign of a new era of friendship and goodwill between the US and India.
